Compensation structure — Guest contributors are compensated at a rate of USD 30 per hour for the following engagement:

Preparation (1 hour)USD 30
Live presentation (30 minutes)USD 15
Questions & discussion (30 minutes)USD 15
Total per sessionUSD 60

Payment is processed following the session. SOFALAM reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions with reasonable notice.
